As you know, we like to celebrate various holidays with specially-themed gelato flavors. We started just before Christmas last year with White Chocolate Peppermint, then have commemorated holidays of all types with flavorful goodness:

  • Mardi Gras: Creole Cream Cheese King Cake
  • Valentines Day: 7 different Anti-Valentines flavors!
  • Easter: Cadbury Creme and Peeps
  • Passover: Chocolate Covered Matzo
  • Jazz Fest: White Chocolate Bread Pudding
  • Shavuot: Blueberry Cheesecake
  • 4th of July: Watermelon Sorbetto

Now, we begin our celebration of the holiday of Shark Week (yes, the Discovery Channel’s annual week-long series of tantalizing shark-related programming) with a special new flavor: Chum! This Shark-Bait flavor features Swedish Fish swimming around gobs of homemade Red Velvet Cake in a creamy ocean of gelato. Pick some up and invite the family to gather around the television for this week-long Festival of Fins.

The Most Amazing Chocolate Chip Cookie in the History of Time.

Take a look at the picture. Really- take a long look at it. You are looking at the most amazing Chocolate Chip cookie that has ever been baked. I kid you not. When they’re baked in our ovens, I’m not even sure how they last long enough to even make it out of the kitchen, and it’s probably only because I’m sequestered out of the shop for most of the day. You must stop what you’re doing right now and come in for our new Gelato Sandwich. Your favorite gelato flavor sandwiched between two of these amazing cookies. I could go on, but I want you to stop reading now and come in and get one.
